Diagnose. Map. Prioritize. Implement. Hand off.
The same five-stage method runs underneath every engagement, whether we end up in your ERP, your automation pipeline, or your security infrastructure. It's slower than jumping straight to a fix — and it's the reason the fix actually holds.
- 01
Diagnose
We interview the people doing the actual work — not just their managers — and inventory every system currently in play, documented or not. This is where most ghost processes first surface, because the people running them are usually the ones who bring them up first.
You provideAccess to the team, and honesty about what's actually happening day to day — not the official version.
You receiveA working inventory of systems and processes, including the undocumented ones, within the first stage.
- 02
Map
Every ghost process gets documented properly: what it does, who depends on it, what data it touches, and what breaks if it disappears tomorrow. Nothing gets "fixed" at this stage — the goal is an accurate map, not a fast reaction.
You provideTime for follow-up questions as the map takes shape — the first pass rarely captures every edge case.
You receiveA documented map of your operational reality, independent of whether you engage us for the next stage.
- 03
Prioritize
Findings get ranked by business risk and implementation effort, not by what's easiest for us to fix first. A high-risk, low-effort item always outranks a low-risk item, however interesting it is technically.
You provideA decision-maker in the room who can weigh in on business risk, not just technical risk.
You receiveA prioritized list you could hand to any vendor, not just us — this stage is about clarity, not lock-in.
- 04
Implement
ERP configuration, automation builds, or security controls — whichever the map and priorities point to — get implemented, tested against real data, and documented as we go, not after the fact.
You provideA point of contact who can make timely decisions when implementation surfaces a judgment call.
You receiveWorking systems, tested before go-live, with documentation that keeps pace with the build.
- 05
Hand off
Your team gets full documentation, training, and ownership of everything we built. Nothing we deliver is designed to depend on us staying in the room — if it only works while we're around, we haven't finished the job. Before we leave, we also agree on a support plan for what happens after go-live — who to call, how fast, and for how long — so "hand off" doesn't mean "good luck."
You provideAttendance at training, and a named internal owner for what's been handed off.
You receiveA system your team can run, modify, and explain without calling us first.

A diagnostic call is stage one, at no cost — you'll see exactly how this works before deciding whether to continue.
